Equipment:
The floating houses are fully equipped, each structure is made of sandwich panels, built on a steel frame, with plastic cladding and insulation on the outside, and plasterboard on the inside. There is a standard bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a cooling and heating air conditioner.

Floating houses can be installed on any body of water.
Stability:
The superstructure floating structure requires a fixed port location, where there is a connection to the shore. At these mooring locations, they are built on piles, and floating bodies are installed under the supporting structure of the superstructures, for greater safety. This means that the structures are not affected by waves. They are four-season, meaning the walls are insulated to such an extent that they can be comfortably inhabited in both winter and summer.
